PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Two-component, solvent-based epoxy, chemical resistant, self leveling, designed for 2-3 mm thick, glossy finish flooring material.

Food, medicine, cosmetics industries, electronic assembly plants, hospitals, textile industries, automotive industries, aircraft hangars, plastics industry, is used in many sectors such as television studios.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed.

 

APPLICATION

Floor surface, New concrete surfaces must have completed 28-day curing minimum compressive strength of Infrastructure 25 N / mm ² and surface tensile strength must not be under 1.5 N / mm ².During application the maximum moisture 5 % should be. existing dust and loose particles must be cleaned with industrial vacuum equipment after  low adhesion cement syrup on the Cured  surface, mortar residue  being removed from the surface formed  oil  on the surface and grease should be cleaned with a special burner. Surface preparation was completed fields are primed with a prime (Solvent Free Epoxy Primer) Product Preparation: (A) and (B) components ready for mixing is presented. .Main Material (A) is mixed then Hardener (B) is added to the main material made the homogeneous mixture with low-speed (300-400 rpm) mixed in a blender with 3 minutes. Partial or mix by hand to be done should not be allowed. Application Method: Before applying final coat, primer must have completed the required drying time. Following mixing process, without spending time, the mixture is poured into surface being primed and is spread trowel with gear to give the observed thickness. DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Drying Time : 20 ° C in 48 hours can be opened to light  traffic. 7 days for normal traffic should be expected.

 

MIXTURE LIFE

At 20°C, 30 minutes (The higher the temperature, the  shorter the life of a mixture)             

  

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of can in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Dispose of contents to a waste disposal facility in accordance with local/national regulations. Safety data sheet available on request.

 

STORAGE

The product should be kept in a dry place. Lid should be closed tight when not in use. Not to be exposed to direct sunlight.  Keep between 10-35 °C original package, approximately 1 year in unopened.
