PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Poly-oil and isocyanine based, solvent based, two component lasting brightness, mechanical and chemical resistance is a  finish paint. Areas of use: In the locations where desired high gloss, mechanical and chemical resistance. In warehouses, production areas, labs, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, shopping centers and supermarkets, hospitals, aircraft hangar, exhibition and trade fair can be used.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed.

 

APPLICATION

Application Type: The surface which will be applied should be cleaned from dust, dirt, grease and other materials to prevent adhesion. Application must be done in re-coating time of coating system in case of application on old surface please contact us about the application method. Is presented two components ready to use. Main Material (A) component with the hardener (B) component mix as a homogeneous at least 3 minutes. Do not mix by hand or partial mix. Before mixing two components, precondition both A and B components to a temperature of approximately 15 to 25ºC. Pour the entire contents of Part B into the container of Part A and it must be sure to not be remain B components inside container.. Mixture is mixed at least 3 minutes as a homogeneous. Should be applied to the surface with guns or roller. Surface must be scanned enough to minimize roll traces. 

Do not apply below 10°C. Relative humidity up to 75%, surface temperature, Dew point must be at least 3°C above. Applications is done in extreme cold conditions will negatively affect the film structure, such as will extend the duration of an erection. Optimum dissemination and ease application the surface temperature or materials temperature on 15°C as medium are recommended. 

 

SPREADING RATE

0.12 – 0.15 kg/m2

 

REDUCTION

Using Southwind Thinner; for pistol application thinned at rate of %20-%25,

for roll and brush application  thinned at rate of %10-%15

 

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Re-coating time: Min 24 hrs – max. 3 days,  20 °C in 48 hours can be opened to light traffic. 7 days for normal traffic should be expected.

 

MIXTURE LIFE

    At 20°C, 1 hour, (The higher the temperature, the  shorter the life of mixture)             

  

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of can in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Dispose of contents to a waste disposal facility in accordance with local/national regulations. Safety data sheet available on request.

 

STORAGE

In original containers under dry, cool conditions and protect   from frost. Under these conditions the material has a shelf life of 1 year.
