PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Two-component, epoxy binder, a transparent, is a impregnated material not contain solvent. Epoxy will be use as a aderans final stage material to be used between material layers. It creates aderans and acts as a bridge of sticking together and to thin out this powder within it in order to bond to itself which needs to be poured into the capillary spaces in order to increase the mechanic strength, epoxy is used as a coating in paint systems on surfaces where there isn’t a heavy traffic, it is used as a sealer which hardness surfaces and prevents it from becoming dusted. This also prevents the surfaces and can be used without final layers coming on top with certain granites and silisium powders, on the condition that is mixed with it. If required epoxy fixing or filling mixture can be used in liquid or powder form and also can be used as a surface protector too.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed.

 

APPLICATION

Application Type: Old paint, dirt, loose particles such as dust On the surface is removed. Oil and grease, are burned with the help of special burning apparatus. The place that is made repairing and leveling, repairs is repaired with repair mortars that will be formed being mixed with the appropriate size silica sand into material. Hardener is added to the main material, is mixed as homogeneous 3 min. with a low speed (300–400 rpm) mixer. Is applied with a roller or a flat-backed steel trowel. Standby time between coats at 20 ° C 8 -10 hours. maximum 24 hours. if is estimated to be exceed the recommended maximum time, while material still wet  quartz sand  0.3 – 0.5 mm on the  size is needed to be sprinkled. The excess of sprinkled and free sand which not stick surface must be completely removed to be swept or help of industrial cleaners. According to the state of the surface the appropriate amount of 01 to 03 mm in size of silica sand should attend into the material and then can be applied to be slipped off with flat  a trowel. Do not apply below 10 ° C relative humidity maximum 75%, surface temperature; dew point must be at least 3 ° C above. 45 minutes (at 20°C) (ambient temperature and the amount of mixture increases, mixture life will shorten.)

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Drying Time: (At 20° C , %50 rh),touch drying  8-10       hours, dry for top coating 24  hours

Certain drying 72 hours-1 week, during this time coating      must be provided to not be exposed to any excessive chemical and mechanical effects.

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of can in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Dispose of contents to a waste disposal facility in accordance with local/national regulations. Safety data sheet available on request.

 

STORAGE

The product should be kept in a dry place. Lid should be closed tight when not in use. Not to be exposed to direct sunlight.  Keep between 10-35 °C original package, approximately 1 year in unopened.
