PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Polymer modified resin based, concrete surface, for walls and ceilings. This product is primer to be increased workability, working time and adhesion to surface cement and especially gypsum plaster based.

Interior locations, vertical surfaces and ceilings, increase adhesion of lime plaster and cement-based mortar to gross concrete surfaces. As primer for plaster ceiling, is used to be increased more workability, working time and adhesion to surface  plaster

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed. 

 

APPLICATION

Thoroughly mixed material and is applied to the prepared surface previously with textured roll (coral -roll). Material which is applied on the surface take first cure rapidly. Prior to application of the surface should be tested for absorbency and durability. Applied on the surface after drying, application of cement and especially gypsum based plaster should be started after 24 hours. Use a mixer  400 to 600 cycles / min.   6 to 10 liters of water may be added. It is mixed 3 to 5 minutes until homogeneous and lump-free mixture and thinning. (Materials should be mixed from time to time while working.)

 

SPREADING RATE

Depending on absorbency of the surface and roughness approximately 150 – 250 gr/m2

 

REDUCTION

6-10 L of water may be added

 

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Touch Dry   At 20 °C, 1-2 hours

Recoat   4 hours

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of buckets should be in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally.

 

STORAGE

Keep between 5 – 35 °C in a dry place about 1 year in its original unopened packaging.
