PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Acrylic copolymer emulsion based, silicone additives, high-quality, elastic when dry, impermeable, all to the ground, which can be easily applied by anyone, resistant to all weather conditions, developed for water proofing is a liquid plastic coating. Should be resistant to water and moisture in buildings, concrete, plaster, brick, ytong, briquette, Eternit, wood, non-gutter and with gutter roofing materials, terraces and roofs are used

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed. 

 

APPLICATION

Pollution, oil or paste must be removed from the surface with hot water or a cloth moistened with solvent or brush and high pressure water Southwind Hold water should be applied 2-3 times without thinning and each floor should banish in the opposite direction of a previous layer. Expect at least 24 hours between layers. Hold water application has been surfaces should be protected from rain, snow and frost in 24 hours. It is recommended that it shall be applied between +5 °C and 30 °C.

 

SPREADING RATE

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Touch Dry: At 20 °C, first dry 2 hours

Recoat: 6 hours

Full Dry:           24hours

This is dependent upon temperature and humidity. 

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of buckets should be in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally.

 

STORAGE

 The product should be kept in a dry place. Lid should be closed   tight when not in use. Not to be exposed to direct sunlight. Stock life is 1 year in original container. Protect from freezing.
