SURFACE PREPARATION

Anticorrosion paint will be applied first time on the surfaces must be cleaned from oil, dirt, dust. Any rusty surfaces must be cleaned with sanding.

 

APPLICATION

Is thinned by synthetic thinner with given ratio is applied by brush, roller or spray as two layer. Second layer application is made after 18 hours depending on the ambient temperature. Before applying final coat should sanding the surface lightly   thoroughly mixed before use in packaging should be homogenized. 

During the application surface and ambient temperatures must be between +5 °C to +45 °C. Same dated, same charge number products they must be used together.

Single layer 9-11 m2/L

 

REDUCTION

• Thinning ratio by volume for brush and roll application %5-10 with synthetic thinner, 
• Thinning ratio by volume for air spray application, %10-15 with synthetic thinner

 

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Touch Dry:           At 20 °C  0.5-1hours

Not Hold Dust:         4-5hours

Full Dry:               6-8hours

This is dependent upon temperature and humidity. 

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of can in accordance with local authority guidelines.

  

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally.

 

STORAGE

The product should be kept in a dry place. Lid should be closed   tight when not in use. Not to be exposed to direct sunlight. Stock life is 1 year in original container. Protect from freezing.
