PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Acrylic copolymer based emulsion for interior walls, mother of pearly , reflective  , silky  looking decorative, Is a paint to have high-level effects of inhalation and washable, Can be made very different effects and shape available with different application tools. Can be used on Interior and exterior walls of buildings, plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete and wood surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed.

 

APPLICATION

If the surface which will be applied need the repair, be done and all kinds of oil, dirt, dust  that will prevent adhesion  products must be cleaned. And then a layer of 

Southwind Decoration Primer should be applied. Then Southwind Decorative Funds Paints is applied two times the desired color. Painting process is completed by applying desired color, shape (arrangement) and type Southwind Decorative Topcoat on prepared the ground. Ready to use. No thinning reguired.  

Application Tools: Effect rolls, brush, sponge, chamois leather, plastic spatula, steel and plastic trowel

As depending on surface uniformity and application techniques 0.050 – 0.250 kg/m²

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

(At 20°C %65 HR), 

First Drying: 2 hours,

Full Drying :  24 hours.

                                   

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of can in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS  / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Dispose of contents to a waste disposal facility in accordance with local/national regulations. Safety data sheet available on request.

 

STORAGE

Non-receive direct sunlight on the floor, the storage room temperature should be up 0 C and under +35 C, closed in volume, about 1 years in original unopened packaging. Keep from freezing.
