PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Acrilic resin based , flexible , high coverage , harmless to the environment, odorless, decorative courts and  floor paint. Asphalt and concrete surfaces are used.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed.

 

APPLICATION

Concrete surfaces should be cleaned from the cement grout using abrasive equipment. Surface repairs must be made using acrylic repair mortar. New hot asphalt surfaces for acrylic sports field paint application a minimum of 14 days, new concrete surfaces should be made to cure a minimum of 28 days. At the surface cleaned of all dust, dirt and impurities. All applications must be made in 2-3 times. Diluting with water to 10% by weight of the first layer in porous substrate is recommended, so that the pores are well coated. Usually two coats are sufficient. Application can be done with short and medium pile roller or brush. It can be applied by airless spray equipment. The suitability of spraying equipment must be confirmed by trials. During the application must wait 4 hours between coats. 

Temperature should not be below + 5 °C during application. Paint should be mixed thoroughly before use. The application surface should be protected from physical and chemical effects for 3 days.

Equipment Cleaning: Tools must be cleaned with solvent    immediately after application.

0.20 – 0.25 kg/m²/coat  (May vary depending on the surface)

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

2-4 hours, 

Touch Dry: 4-6 hours, 

Full Dry:      24 hours

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of can in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Dispose of contents to a waste disposal facility in accordance with local/national regulations. Safety data sheet available on request.

 

STORAGE

Minimum 1 year in it’s package by protecting from freezing.
