Acrylic emulsion based paste, is formulated optimum thickness to resolve exterior flaws will surface, is surface correction toothpaste. Concrete and rough  surfaces with mineral plaster make smooth in to be brought to  , filling of shrinkage cracks and  the lower floor is used as coating material to resolve  consisting of   surface  defects with clearance of swollen part on the old painted surface

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed. 

 

APPLICATION

Applied surface should be free from reducing adhesion such as dust, oils and dirty particles, old blistered paint layers must be cleaned completely from surface and dry, solid, clean, should be brought to make. Acrylic putty, one or two layer depending on roughness of the surface, should be applied with a spatula or flexible steel trowel. 24 hours after Putty application, surface defects, traces of spatula, should be resolved by sanding bringing making the surface smooth. During application and after application in 24 hours surface and ambient temperature should be minimum +5°C, surface rainfall should not take. Do not apply in very hot weather, under direct sunlight, strong wind, fog, high relative humidity or in the expectation of rain the air. Before application, extreme hot surfaces should be dampened.

 

SPREADING RATE

Depending on the absorbency of the surface and surface roughness the single layer 1.2 to 2.2 kg/m2

 

REDUCTION

Maximum 5% with water

 

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

 Full Dry 24 hours

Drying time will extend in lower temperatures and higher relative humidity.

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of buckets should be in accordance with local authority guidelines.

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally.

 

STORAGE

 The product should be kept in a dry place. Lid should be closed   tight when not in use. Not to be exposed to direct sunlight. Stock life is 1 year in original container. Protect from freezing.
