PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE

Resistant to all kinds of natural conditions, long-lived, granite-looking, is a exterior coating material having crust leaf-patterned. It is resistant to fade under all atmospheric conditions and sea water. Not swell, is not poured, very good adhesion to the surface, decorative. This product is an interior and exterior coating material that can be applied all kind of surfaces (concrete, bricks, gas concrete, plaster, brick and other mineral surfaces)

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be cleaned from the dirt, oil, dust and all loosen structured swollen layers, the faults on the surface should be removed. 

 

APPLICATION

The surface which will be applied plaster must be properly and must be cleared loose of structure. Painted with OSIB Crust plaster primer lining to have been colored alike Crust Plaster colors and wait to dry 24 hours. Product preparation; a bucket tap water is filled the large plastic a boat or a basin then thickener powder which  found inside paper packaging is emptied this water and then shells inside the paper packaging is poured  into the water to be soaked thoroughly. Binder has been given in the plastic bins to be added to mixture and material is confused not to be made agglomeration then mixture consistency is obtained. Mixture is ready for use after about half an hour rest. Prepared material is applied to the surface with plastic or steel trowel. During application of the air temperature should be above 5 °C.

 

SPREADING RATE

Depending on the smoothness and porosity of the surface prime consumption (with same color of plaster crust) 250-300 gr/m2, Plaster crust consumption 1-1.50 kg/m2 (with the A-B components approximately 15-20m2 area can be covered totally).

DRYING TIMES (SINGLE COAT, STANDARD THICKNESS)

Touch Dry At 20 °C, 3 hours

Full Dry 24 hours

This is dependent upon temperature and humidity. 

 

CLEANING UP

Clean up with soap and water. After cleaning up be sure to flush spray equipment with solvent to prevent rusting following manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of bag should be in accordance with local authority guidelines.                            

 

PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. If the product comes in contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. To remove splashes from skin, use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. Do not take internally.

 

STORAGE

The product should be kept in a dry place. Lid should be closed   tight when not in use. Not to be exposed to direct sunlight. Stock life is 1 year in original container. Protect from freezing.
